BSC Celebrates Successful Recycling Program March 5, 2010
Like many firms, BSC Group has dedicated itself to internal efforts to conduct business in a more ecologically friendly manner. We have implemented programs to enhance energy efficiency, limit the consumption of paper and other materials, and increase recycling.
A tally of 2009' recycling efforts reveals the following positive results for our firm:
+ 3.32 esimated metric tons of carbon saved from the atmosphere
+ 6,739 pounds of paper recycled, or an average of 57.3 trees saved
+ 281 pounds of bottles and cans recycled
+ 22 pounds of electronics equiment recycled, or 3.52 pounds of lead diverted from landfills/incinerators
