Jim has led the growth of our Connecticut office since he joined BSC in 1999. He is proactively involved with our clients in the formulation of a project strategy plan through implementation. With 33 years of experience, he provides a client-focused partnership to develop creative and sustainable solutions for projects. His expertise in planning, design and construction, coupled with successful involvement in local, state, and federal regulatory processes, offers clients the project leadership and vision needed to achieve their objectives.
Jim’s background, experience, growth-oriented leadership and collaborative integrated design approach have contributed to BSC’s strategic growth plans firm-wide. Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in all six New England States, and holds a BSCE and a MSCE from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and being an Elder of his church.
