At the state and federal levels, we regularly work with public agencies to provide an array of services encompassing engineering for public facilities such as colleges and universities, public housing, and recreation areas. Our work on these projects has afforded us the opportunity to directly impact our communities, from creating vital public spaces to preserving the natural environment and preparing for the effects of climate change.

Jef applies more than 30 years of experience to the planning and design of projects for municipalities and state agencies. Notably, Jef is well familiar with funding mechanisms that support public projects, as well as attracting private investment. A skilled facilitator, Jef is adept in leading the public engagement process to promote project outcomes that earn widespread support. His past tenure at both municipal and state agencies provides him with a key perspective on working within constrained budgets and responding to stakeholder needs.
