Integrated services applied at Imperial Center include civil engineering, permitting assistance, roadway engineering, and land surveying.
BSC was part of the design-build team on one of the largest office and industrial parks projects near the Research Triangle Park. BSC provided engineering and construction plans as well as site development permits for the Imperial Center's 425-acre campus. Two key projects which represent our involvement include the Winchester and Bristol Place developments in Imperial Center. Issues associated with both projects included subsurface exploration and grading design to minimize the need for trench rock excavation.
Winchester - BSC Group worked with a design build team consisting of Lindbrook Properties (developer), TriProperties (property manager), Little and Associates (architect), and various selected contractors to develop office and warehouse projects (flex space) for The Principal Group. BSC prepared preliminary site plans and construction plans and processed all site development permits. Project responsibilities addressed widening of roadways, site layout, utilities, grading and drainage, and site lighting.
Bristol Place - BSC prepared preliminary site plans and construction plans for this 5-story, 115,000 sf office building and 200-space parking deck, located in Imperial Center. BSC processed all site development permits. Our project team also addressed roadway widening, upgrade of a sanitary sewer pump station, site layout, utilities, grading and drainage, and site lighting.
