Myles Standish Industrial Park Expansion

BSC Group has been involved with the Myles Standish Industrial Park (MSIP) from its early redevelopment planning stages under the direction of the Taunton Development/MassDevelopment Corporation to its current design expansion. After successfully planning and permitting for a portion of the more than 200 acres on the Paul A. Dever State School site as an expansion of the MSIP, BSC became the consultant of choice for the redevelopment of the 220-acre site.

Supporting the final phase of the site’s expansion, BSC was responsible for the design development of two critical roads – the Charles F. Colton Road and Pioneer Way as well as the design of new infrastructure, utilities including a utility master plan, demolition plans, and conceptual plans all intended to attract and serve new businesses. Stormwater management also played a critical role in the design and layout of the new roadways and associated infrastructure.
