Dick was Principal-in-Charge of BSC’s South Shore offices located in Norwell and West Yarmouth. He has nearly four decades of experience in land and transportation planning, with specialized expertise in Massachusetts’ land use planning and regulations at the community level. Dick has been involved with some of the more complex, technically and politically challenging development projects in Massachusetts. His experience is complemented by in-depth understanding of traffic and transportation issues and in developing engineering solutions for mitigation. Dick is a great facilitator, experienced in negotiating complex land transfer and easement agreements.
With a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, Dick is a past volunteer member of several organizations responsible for guiding land development, including the South Weymouth Naval Air Station Reuse Committee, the Hingham Planning Board, and the Hingham Conservation Commission.
He is a proud grandfather, and spends as much time as possible with his extended family.
