BSC Group is pleased to welcome Sean O’Brien, PE as our firm’s new Chief Executive Officer. Sean brings to BSC a 25-year record of success providing design services for multi-million-dollar projects in the transportation, private sector, federal and sate client markets.
Sean comes to BSC from a large engineering consulting firm, where he served as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Sean’s numerous accomplishments include establishing the firm’s presence on the east coast while contributing to some of the leading infrastructure improvement projects in New England.
At BSC Group, Sean will work collaboratively with firm President David Hayes, PE to promote our strategic initiatives, focusing on the provision of quality, integrated design services for public infrastructure and private land development. This partnership culminates a decade-long leadership transition plan as Dave concludes his 30-year tenure at BSC with a 2018 retirement.
