Tolland High School Athletic Field

BSC Group designed and oversaw the renovations of the Town of Tolland’s high school stadium athletic facility, which included a new field lighting system, relocation of the scoreboard, adequate drainage, synthetic turf system, and multi-sport field layout. BSC worked closely with the Town’s athletic director to define the needs of the athletic programs and ensure programming responded accordingly.

BSC also conducted analysis of the existing facility; completed programming and cost estimating; provided construction phase services, such as construction layout survey, submittal review, and field observations; and provided close-out services, including final inspections, punch list preparation, and oversight of the field performance testing.
