Kurt leads BSC Group’s Glastonbury office, applying more than 25 years of experience to the direction of planning, design, and surveying projects throughout Connecticut. Kurt has worked on a full range of project types within a variety of industry sectors, from infrastructure improvements for municipalities and institutions, to site design for educational and corporate campuses and retail developments. Kurt’s involvement in these projects spans the complete life-cycle, from initial planning through construction administration.
As vice president, Kurt oversees a diverse project portfolio, working with interdisciplinary teams of engineers, landscape architects, planners, ecologists, and surveyors to provide comprehensive services to our diverse client base. This multidisciplinary approach extends beyond the firm, as Kurt regularly collaborates with leading architects on exciting and innovative projects throughout the state.
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from Norwich University. His design philosophy is guided by a dedication to responding to client needs, understanding of regulatory requirements, and commitment to developing quality projects that meet current goals while planning for future growth and sustainability. He is active in a variety of industry associations, including the Construction Institute, Construction Specifications Institute, and Connecticut Building Congress.
