

Ingeborg leads our Worcester, Massachusetts office. She is a scientist and planner with over 25 years of experience in site development, land planning, and strategic regulatory consulting for public, private and institutional clients. Her expertise lies in wetland science and regulation. Ingeborg has long been involved with Massachusetts DEP advisory committees, and assisted in the development of DEP regulations.
She also serves on local boards and commissions, and on boards of directors for environmental associations. She routinely lectures and authors material for professional associations and is an adjunct professor teaching Wetland Ecology at the University of Massachusetts/Lowell. Ingeborg is part of BSC’s Executive Committee. She holds a Master’s degree in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ingeborg is an avid reader and enjoys looking for rare plant species and unique ecosystems during her time “off-line.”
