BSC Group is pleased to welcome William Paille, PE to its transportation group in Boston. Bill has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry, with his most recent experience serving as the Director of Transportation for the City of Newton. Bill is active in several industry groups including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Boston Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Public Works Association. He is an experienced speaker on such industry topics as Complete Streets and Parking Management. Bill brings to BSC’s transportation team a unique perspective of understanding the specific needs of a municipality and the knowledge of available transportation funding options for communities to be successful in meeting their infrastructure goals. Bill also understands the critical role public outreach plays in today’s community projects, and has demonstrated leadership in achieving successful project outcomes. He will use his experience to guide BSC’s state and municipal clients in planning and designing successful roadway improvement projects.
