BSC has been selected to develop a conceptual restoration plan for the second stage of the Mill Creek Aquatic Habitat Restoration Initiative in Chelsea, MA, involving a combination of invasive plant species control (primarily Phragmites australis), native species re-establishment, stream-side stabilization, and other habitat improvements.
