Raleigh-based Triangle Business Journal recently announced that Paragon Bank was named the Best Redevelopment Project Champion Award by the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women. BSC Group served as the civil engineer for the project, which involved the complete redevelopment of an existing building to serve as Paragon Bank’s headquarters.
The project, completed for client Hamilton Merritt, was selected for the Best Redevelopment Project award from more than 100 submissions.
Also known as Triangle CREW, the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women is an association of Raleigh-area professionals in the fields of real estate law, architecture, engineering, banking, construction, marketing, brokerage and development.
