Our Multicultural ERG had the privilege of attending the 114th National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) National Convention, which took place this past weekend in Boston, the first time hosted in the city in more than four decades. BSCers Mary Rieves, Johnathan Rivera, Priyanka Shrestha, and Dayne Williams attended the convention and its various stage discussions that focused on eliminating discrimination and fostering community and advocacy. The NAACP is the country’s oldest and largest civil rights organization, and we thank them for attracting and gathering innovative scientists, entrepreneurs, scholars, creatives, activists, and thought and political leaders here in the Massachusetts capital.
