Geonetics Completes Mayor’s 24-Hour Hotline Software Solution

Geonetics has just completed the GIS integration for the City of Boston’s new Mayor’s 24 Hour Hotline Software Solution. Geonetics custom built and integrated a fully featured master address and street searching tool into the Lagan commercial CRM software solution. The GIS integration plays a key role in locating constituent service requests and in the fulfillment of work orders by the Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Transportation Departments. More city departments will be automated in a later phase of this project.
