New Chairs Steer Multicultural ERG

The Multicultural Employee Resource Group (ERG) is excited to announce the addition of new chairs who will help lead the team in exploring and advancing the cultural differences that help to shape our workforce and perspectives.

These appointees each expressed their interests and enthusiasm for this new undertaking.

Dayne Williams: “I have to stand for equality in order to seek change, otherwise I will fall for injustice and things will remain the same. All lives can’t matter if black and brown lives are not included.”

Jennifer Martinelli: “I’m honored to be able to help facilitate all of us listening and learning from each other.”

Shaine Bonin: “Do not be too moral. You may cheat yourself out of much life so. Aim above morality. Be not simply good, be good for something.”
― Henry David Thoreau (Surveyor, Engineer, Transcendentalist, Writer)

Tanya Pande: “This opportunity to facilitate a discussion is a step towards addressing my own unconscious bias by listening and learning from each one of you.”
