WTS-Boston recently held their 2020 virtual awards event where BSC Group was officially recognized! The Employer of the Year Award acknowledges organizations that prioritize recruiting, retaining, and advancing women in transportation through a number of efforts including: organizational structure with women in upper-level executive and senior positions, offering career development opportunities for women advancing within the organization, supporting continuing education, and continuing to offer newer professionals opportunities in the transportation field through internships. We are immensely proud of this achievement and will continue our focus on making BSC a greater place to work! We are excited to share the video WTS produced to honor our award and acceptance!
