Great Brook Valley Phase I Renovation

BSC supported the Worcester Housing Authority’s Phase I Renovations for the Great Brook Valley Housing Complex from initial surveys through to project close out. BSC performed detailed surveys and created base mapping for approximately 4,000 L.F. of roads and parking areas within this public housing complex for the design and reconstruction of improvements throughout this area. The project involved complex underground utilities, sidewalks and walkways.

Services provided by BSC included identifying and correcting all ADA issues, improving the quality of pedestrian walkways, adding exterior patios, landscape improvements, adding dumpster screening and identifying and correcting surface drainage issues. BSC provided site analysis, design development, construction documents, bidding and construction administration, and project closeout.
