Over the years, Brooke has progressed through a series of key roles in business support and operations, each expanding her impact and deepening her understanding of the firm.

As Director of Operations, Brooke leads strategic initiatives that enhance BSC’s internal operations and overall efficiency. She has been instrumental in driving major systems improvements, including the implementation of the Vantagepoint platform, contributing to the firm’s five-year strategic plan, and implementing the smaller day-to-day process improvements. Brooke is also widely recognized for creating employee-focused programs that enhance morale, build community, and support field and office teams alike.
