Director of Environmental Engineering
Bryan Wentworth serves as Director of Environmental Engineering and Water, Environment, and Community Solutions (WECS) Technical Director at BSC Group, where he works across disciplines to align the platform’s technical strategy with its integrated delivery model. Bryan is tasked with leading and growing our Environmental Engineering services within the WECS service line and more broadly supporting the growth and integration of engineering support throughout the WECS team as well as collaboration throughout BSC as a whole.
Bryan brings two decades of environmental and civil engineering experience to the role. Before joining BSC in 2018, he built his career at several firms focused on civil and environmental engineering , starting in the field performing environmental sampling and construction observation, as a designer and project engineer, subsequently growing into project management. Since joining BSC as a Project Manager, Bryan has spent recent years growing BSC’s engineering services in the energy market, developing a thriving practice with a team of talented engineers serving multiple utility clients providing civil and stormwater design and permitting support.
Bryan is known for the culture he builds around him. He takes genuine interest in sharing his experience and helping staff grow in their careers, and that mentorship-first approach has helped shape a strong, collaborative team culture within Environmental Engineering — one that carries directly into how WECS operates across disciplines today.
Bryan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in MA, ME, NH, and VT.
