Serving a variety of clients, from large-scale residential developers to public and private colleges and universities, Dave’s approach to project management is centered on collaboration with each client to learn specific project goals and design the right solution for each challenge. In particular, his familiarity with climate resiliency issues and their impact on land development regulations, helps him to advise clients on effective and cost-efficient design practices that both meet permitting requirements and assure enduring project outcomes. Leading BSC Group’s civil engineering practice, Dave serves as a mentor to a diversely-talented team of professionals, setting the bar for quality design, efficiency of service, and responsive project delivery.
A graduate of Merrimack College, Dave is a Professional Engineer and LEED-Accredited Professional. He has two decades of experience providing design services in New England.
