Dave has been with BSC Group since 1987 and served in a variety of general management and project management roles prior to serving as the firm’s president. Having retired in 2018, Dave continues to serve on BSC Group’s board of directors, providing corporate governance expertise and strategic guidance. Committed to company growth and opportunities for employees to partake in ownership of the firm, Dave promotes a broad internal ownership model.
Prior to joining BSC, Dave had more than ten years of overseas experience in land planning, site design and infrastructure development. This included work in his native Ireland, as well as assignments in West Africa and the Philippines, where he worked on infrastructure improvement projects ranging from rural water supply to major urban redevelopment projects.
Dave is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in mathematics and engineering from Trinity College, Dublin University, Ireland.
