Lee heads BSC Group’s ecological science team, providing multi-faceted leadership in ecological and wetland restoration and preservation, as well as environmental permitting strategy and documentation. In addition to her technical work, Lee leads BSC’s Worcester business unit, managing our staff resources to assure the availability of qualified teams to meet client needs while also providing critical mentoring of developing professionals. Lee received master’s and bachelor’s degrees in wetlands and wildlife conservation, respectively, from the University of Massachusetts. She is a Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector. She was previously recognized by the Worcester Business Journal as one of the publication’s 40 Under 40.
