Vice President, Environmental Engineering
Michael Clark, PE, LSP, BCEE, TPI, is a Vice President and a consulting engineer at BSC Group, where he leads the environmental engineering practice. With over four decades of experience, Mike has directed complex environmental remediation, compliance, and permitting projects across the Northeast, supporting major clients including MBTA, Eversource, Georgia-Pacific, and the U.S. Postal Service. His expertise spans environmental due diligence, site remediation, landfill redevelopment, and regulatory permitting under CERCLA, RCRA, and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
A licensed Professional Engineer in four states and a Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts, Mike is also a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer and MassDEP Registered Third Party Inspector. He holds BS and MS degrees in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Lowell and remains active in professional associations such as ASCE and the Licensed Site Professionals Association. His leadership continues to strengthen BSC’s capabilities in delivering sustainable, compliant, and technically sound infrastructure solutions.
