MA Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance Statewide, MA

Land Surveying and Planning Master Services Agreement

For more than a decade, BSC has supported the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) with boundary determination, title research, and property documentation services for Commonwealth-owned assets across Massachusetts. Leveraging extensive expertise in records research, surveying law, and property rights analysis, BSC has helped document and protect state-owned properties with limited or complex historical records.

Key assignments have included preparing lease documentation for yacht clubs operating on state-owned property, requiring detailed title analysis and historical records review to establish accurate property boundaries and support equitable lease agreements. BSC has also completed boundary retracement surveys for courthouses throughout eastern Massachusetts and conducted survey investigations at the Massachusetts Correctional Facility in Concord, providing critical property documentation to support ownership verification, future planning, and redevelopment initiatives.
