TNC Coastal Working Group Project

BSC facilitated the Massachusetts Resilient Lands Initiative Coastal Working Group for The Nature Conservancy, helping move beyond planning to accelerate salt marsh protection and restoration across the Massachusetts coastline.

By gathering stakeholder input and guiding a diverse statewide working group, BSC developed a practical, implementation-focused workplan that identified high-leverage actions, built consensus around next steps, and created a roadmap for funding, coordination, and project advancement.
