BSC Group is pleased to welcome Eileen Piskura as a Project Manager on our Ecological Science team.
Elieen is a project manager with over 19 years of experience working in the environmental consulting industry. She started her career performing field surveys and conducting compliance inspections, and now, she is managing projects and permitting efforts for utility and infrastructure projects.
Her expertise spans electric transmission, natural gas, battery storage, and wind projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and New York. She manages projects with multidisciplinary teams and advises clients on federal, state, and local permitting strategies.
Notable experience includes leading federal permitting for a 400-mile, five-state natural gas pipeline. At BSC, she will continue supporting projects that help deliver power and improve reliability across the Northeast.
Eileen has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fordham University with a concentration in Urban Ecology, and a Master of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University, focusing on Herpetalogic Systematics and Natural History.

Outside of work, Elieen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, gardening, walking in the woods, and going to the beach.
