In 2026, BSC approved a new group of ownership advancements, recognizing colleagues who are entering Associate I, Associate II, Senior Associate I, Senior Associate II, and Vice President ownership tiers. For some, this marks their first step into employee ownership. For others, it reflects continued growth within BSC’s ownership structure.
At BSC, we think of ownership as stewardship more than status. It doesn't map neatly to a title, a service area, or a particular personality. What it comes down to is showing up consistently, owning your commitments, and being willing to do the work that reaches past your own task list.
