BSC is celebrating National Surveyors Week
Each March, National Surveyors Week recognizes the licensed professionals who define property boundaries, protect land ownership rights, and support safe infrastructure development.
For more than 60 years, surveying has been the foundation of BSC Group’s work. Founded in 1965 as a small land surveying firm, BSC was built on precision, integrity, and a deep understanding of the land. Those early surveyors established the standards that continue to guide how we balance the built and natural environments today.
As we celebrate National Surveyors Week in March, we recognize the expertise and leadership of our registered Professional Land Surveyors who continue to shape our projects and communities.

Professional Land Surveyors play a critical role in:
- Defining property boundaries and protecting ownership rights
- Preventing disputes and costly construction delays
- Supporting safe, reliable infrastructure
- Guiding projects from planning through construction
- Ensuring precise construction layout
- Providing licensed accountability and professional oversight
Their work reduces risk, improves project certainty, and supports informed decision-making from the earliest stages of development.
Surveying Powered by Experience
Effective land surveying requires more than advanced technology. It demands professional judgment and deep historical knowledge. From boundary surveys to infrastructure support, our Professional Land Surveyors continue to uphold the standards that built BSC.
This March, during National Surveyors Week, we proudly recognize the survey professionals who help us build, support, and connect communities across the region.
