Nahad develops tools ahead of demand, including BSC’s Statewide Inland Flood Model, a proprietary platform that delivers parcel-scale flood risk data across Massachusetts. By automating modeling workflows and integrating machine learning into processes that have historically been manual and slow, he helps compress the time between raw data and decisions project teams can stand behind.
