Yarmouth Commons Redevelopment

The former Cavalier Motor Lodge has been transformed into Yarmouth Commons, an 88-unit rental housing community featuring three residential buildings, a community building, and a playground. The redevelopment revitalized an aging commercial property while helping meet the region’s growing housing needs.

BSC provided multidisciplinary services from planning through construction, including site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, surveying, environmental assessment, permitting, and as-built surveys. Our team secured approvals from the Town of Yarmouth, MassDOT, and MassDEP, including permitting for an on-site wastewater treatment system designed by Martinage Engineering Associates. By coordinating multiple technical disciplines and regulatory agencies, BSC helped transform an underutilized site into a vibrant residential community.
