Wendell Cross Elementary School

BSC served as the civil engineering consultant, partnering with Friar Architects on the addition and renovation-as-new of Wendell Cross Elementary School. Supporting the transformation of the campus, BSC conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 9.5-acre site and existing exterior facilities.

Services included civil and site design, circulation planning, parking, student drop-off and pick-up improvements, and landscape architecture. BSC also developed the site’s programming and layout, carefully balancing pedestrian access, bus and vehicular circulation, parking needs, and site amenities to create a cohesive and functional campus environment.
