CRACK’D Kitchen transformed a small, highly constrained corner site at Fourth Avenue and Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, Massachusetts, into a new restaurant destination. The project required careful coordination due to tight zoning requirements, FEMA 100-year floodplain considerations, and previously allocated compensatory flood storage tied to an adjacent development.

BSC provided site design, permitting, and construction engineering support, working closely with local boards, departments, and the construction team to secure approvals, complete work within a single calendar year, and support the restaurant’s successful opening.
