Mountain View Cemetery Master Plan

BSC Group was retained by the Town of Shrewsbury to provide a master plan for the 23-acre Mountain View Cemetery and the adjacent Masonic Land. The plan identified the current cemetery operations, the remaining sales life of the existing cemetery, an analysis of the future cemetery industry trends, an evaluation of the masonic property, and fiscal options and trust funds. This project included the compilation of survey data, site evaluation, demand analysis, historic cemetery review, master plan drawings, and a master plan report for two areas as well as recommendations for the next phase of development.
