ResilientMass Action Tracker

BSC partnered with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) to design and implement a custom database and web-based management system to track climate resilience priorities across more than 25 state agencies.

Managed by the ResilientMass Action Team, the platform tracks hundreds of actions across multiple fiscal years, each aligned with climate impacts identified in the Commonwealth’s 2022 Climate Change Assessment. The system includes a user-friendly public interface and comprehensive data management tools to support ongoing updates as priorities evolve.

BSC provided full implementation services, including requirements and business analysis, user interface design, database modeling and development, data migration, and software development and testing. The system integrates with the Commonwealth’s security infrastructure and is deployed in the Amazon Web Services cloud environment, with user acceptance testing, support, and ongoing maintenance.
