Bryan Wentworth, PE, stepped into the role of Director of Environmental Engineering at BSC Group earlier this year, bringing 20 years of civil and environmental engineering experience to the position.
Over the last several years, Bryan has helped broaden BSC’s engineering services for utility and energy clients. Today, he leads environmental engineering work involving contamination and material management challenges while helping multidisciplinary teams stay coordinated as projects move forward.
His technical experience spans stormwater management design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, regulatory permitting, and environmental due diligence and remediation. But for Bryan, solving complex environmental challenges is rarely about one discipline working alone.
That perspective also shapes his role as Technical Director for BSC’s Water, Environment, & Community Solutions (WECS) initiative. Bryan helps connect planning, science, engineering, and permitting earlier in the process so teams can identify challenges, evaluate options, and develop solutions that work both technically and practically.
Bryan leads with partnership, not a power shift. His leadership style is collaborative, focused on working across teams to keep momentum for clients while growing into new territory. That same mindset comes through in how Bryan talks about his work:
