BSC Group has formally launched Land Design & Development (LDD), an integrated service group focused on shaping the built environment and creating community and connection within outdoor spaces.
Development projects rarely move neatly within the boundaries of a single discipline. LDD brings together civil engineering and landscape architecture professionals who help transform ideas into dynamic places, guiding projects from early planning and permitting through land surveying, wetland science, site design, and project delivery.
This integrated approach allows teams to consider site opportunities, environmental conditions, design priorities, permitting requirements, and constructability together rather than as separate pieces of the process.
