Advancing Leadership: Carolyn Holowczak Completes Women’s Leadership Program

We are proud to recognize Carolyn Holowczak, PWS, for her successful completion of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program (WLP).

This 10-month program is designed to prepare and empower emerging women leaders through a blend of academic content, applied leadership skills, and meaningful professional connections.

Developed in partnership with Simmons University, the WLP supports participants in expanding their leadership capacity while advancing gender equity in the workplace. Through workshops, peer collaboration, and real-world strategy development, the program offers a unique opportunity to lead with purpose and impact.

Carolyn was nominated and sponsored by BSC’s Women’s Employee Resource Group, which empowers women to lead, grow, and support one another in pursuit of personal and professional excellence. Her participation reflects the ERG’s mission to create space for leadership, visibility, and professional development across the firm.

At BSC, we believe leadership happens at every level. We’re committed to supporting employees like Carolyn who lean into opportunity, lift others as they grow, and serve with excellence in every space they occupy. Carolyn’s achievement is not only a personal milestone - it’s a reflection of the strength, support, and potential we nurture as a team.

As part of BSC’s commitment to inclusive leadership and shared growth, Carolyn will bring the insights, strategies, and tools gained from the WLP back to BSC in meaningful ways. She will lead an interactive discussion, open to all employees, designed to spark dialogue around leadership development, workplace equity, and collaborative best practices.

Please join us in congratulating Carolyn on this incredible accomplishment - and in celebrating what it means to lead together.
