BSC was recently featured in a Forbes article that highlights the firm’s D&I efforts through its IDEA Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). BSC was approached because of how the firm thrived through COVID. In the article, CEO Sean O’Brien described that empowering BSC “…to reform hiring strategies, corporate communications, the use of language, and engaging others to learn how the company could be more inclusive,” has encouraged a community of staff to come together. O’Brien noted that BSC’s D&I efforts would not have been successful without the staff who helped build the program and lead the ERGs with such passion.
