The awards include Plan of the Year, Best Existing Conditions Plan, and Best Field Notes. Together, these recognitions reflect the high standards BSC brings to land surveying and the critical role accurate existing conditions documentation plays in successful project delivery.
The award-winning Plan of the Year and Best Existing Conditions Plan were developed for Centennial Common in Boston. These submissions demonstrate the level of detail, coordination, and accuracy required to support informed decision-making from the earliest stages of a project.
