BSC Group has expanded its planning practice through the recent addition of Russell J. Burke, AICP as director of planning. Russ is an urban planner with extensive experience in public and private planning, project feasibility, permitting and development.
Russ has led a variety of planning projects in both the public and the private arenas. Most recently, he was a principal of Real Estate InSite, providing planning services for residential, office and waterfront properties in Massachusetts and Florida. He has also served as an executive vice president with Oxbow Realty Services, where he oversaw a diverse real estate portfolio throughout New England and New York. Additionally, Russ has broad public sector experience, including tenure with the Metropolitain Area Planning Council in Boston and as a planning director for the Town of Needham, MA.
