BSC has expanded its Glastonbury, CT practice with the addition of Kurt Prochorena, PE, LEP, who will serve as the Director of Land Development for Connecticut. Kurt brings to the team more than 16 years of experience as a consulting engineer, with extensive experience serving Connecticut’s public and private markets.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Kurt’s experience includes management of a variety of large projects, including a Milford power plant, Yale New Haven Hospital, and the Proctor and Gamble Hair Care/Clairol facility in Stamford. He has authored several articles that have been published in real estate publications and has presented at industry conferences.
