BSC has been selected to provide civil/site design and surveying services for the redevelopment of the Waverly Place Shopping Center in Cary, NC. The resulting mixed-use development will incorporate some of the existing buildings and parking facilities, as well as adding a hotel, 15-story residential tower, parking deck, and a larger and more prominent space for existing tenant Whole Foods Market. The project will also replace the existing façade. Property owner and developer Zapolski + Rudd has retained BSC to perform an ALTA survey of the entire property, including underground utility survey by a subconsultant, while project architect Little Diversified Architectural Consulting has hired BSC to provide civil/site design services for the development.
