BSC has received a new on-call contract with the Massachusetts Highway Department to provide construction assistance to ensure compliance with environmental permits for construction of state and interstate roadways and highways. Initial assignments include work in the municipalities of New Bedford, Woburn, Worcester, and Franklin. BSC will also be helping to write the NPDES SWPPP Special Provision for contractors.
