BSC Group is pleased to welcome Senior Survey Project Manager David Beati, PE and Senior Project Engineer Wayne Keefner, PE, PTOE, LEED AP. With their many years of experience, David and Wayne will be strong assets to the continued growth and success of BSC.
David brings over 36 years of experience in the private and public sectors to his role as Senior Survey Project Manager. After many years in the engineering field, including working at MassDOT, he will now be managing survey projects. David’s technical and management skills, as well as his extensive network of contacts, will be strong assets to the Survey Group. He is also preparing to sit for his Massachusetts PLS examination next year.
As Senior Project Engineer, Wayne will draw from his 21 years of expertise in site civil and public highway engineering to support the Transportation Group. He will also serve as a mentor to junior staff, working with them to connect with colleagues and support them in better serving our clients. In addition being a registered professional engineer and certified Autodesk Civil 3D Professional, Wayne is also a certified drone pilot.
