BSC Group has been selected by The HB Nitkin Group to provide comprehensive engineering services for the 7-acre mixed-use Front Street Retail District development in downtown Hartford. Comprised of approximately 60,000 sf of retail space, 115 residential units, and a 550-space parking garage, the Front Street District will join the Connecticut Convention Center, The Marriott Hotel, and The Connecticut Center for Science and Exploration as the culminating element of the Adriaen’s Landing redevelopment. Working with the development team, including Robert A.M. Stern Architects, BSC will provide services from design through the construction phases of the project.
