Dori Ross, PE has taken on the role of Director of Operations for BSC Group, an engineering consulting firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. A registered Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in project/program management, Dori specializes in implementing organizational efficiencies for the architectural/engineering industry.
Dori is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and has a background in geotechnical engineering for consulting firms at the local, national, and international levels. She will use her industry experience to develop and enact programs to enhance the firm’s business operations, emphasizing efficiencies to strengthen the firm’s project management and reporting functions.

Dori joins BSC Group as a Senior Associate and member of the firm’s Management Committee. She will work collaboratively with senior leaders to implement the firm’s vision for innovation, technical excellence, and client service.
