BSC Group welcomes Frank DiPietro, PE to its land development team in Boston. Mr. DiPietro brings to BSC over 27 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the successful completion of both large- and small-scale land development projects.
Mr. DiPietro’s breadth of experience includes coordinating the efforts of staff teams comprised of site/civil engineers, planners, transportation engineers, landscape architects, land surveyors, and environmental scientists. He has had extensive experience in collaborating with clients, architects, attorneys, local and state regulators and officials, and other design professionals. Throughout his career, Mr. DiPietro has led a variety of development and expansion projects ranging from assisted living and senior housing facilities to conventional residential and commercial subdivisions and site developments such as extended stay hotels, retail and office park projects.
Additionally, Mr. DiPietro is well versed in permitting including rezoning, site plan and special permit approvals, as well as wetlands and environmental approvals.
At BSC Group, Mr. DiPietro will focus on providing integrated design services to private land development clients, with an emphasis on serving our Massachusetts commercial and residential clients.
