BSC congratulates senior scientist Gillian Davies, PWS, SSSSNE, NHCWS, CESSWI as she assumes the Presidency position with the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS) for the June 2016 – June 2017 term, a leading international professional organization promoting understanding, conservation, scientifically based management, and sustainable use of wetlands throughout the world. Gillian has also served as International President and as President of the Society’s New England chapter.
