In late 2016, the Town of Tolland selected BSC Group to provide on-call engineering services after getting to know us through the provision of peer review and athletic field design services. The contract has yielded a variety of assignments involving diverse engineering services in civil/site, drainage, structural, and transportation. Most recently under this contract, BSC was chosen to provide design services to support the full-depth reconstruction of the Old Cathole Road, improving safety and widening the roadway for all travelers. The scope of services also includes replacement and expansion of portions of Tolland’s storm drainage system.
